Products are refundable within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and not used. Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/pakage will be refused.

Please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization number prior to returning your item to receive a refund.

At your request, we will: Replace or exchange the merchandise (you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways), or Credit the purchase price to your credit card account.

Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We want to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible.
